General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

Scope

These terms and conditions govern the contractual relationship between landlord and guest for bookings made via this website.

Booking and payment

The contract is concluded by written confirmation of the booking.

cancellation

• Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival.
• Cancellation between 6th and 3rd day: 50% of the rental price.
• From 3 days before arrival or no-show: full rental price.

Arrival and departure

• Check-in from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
• Check-out from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
• Deviations possible upon request.

Use of the holiday apartment

• Only for the number of people specified in the booking.
• Pets allowed only by arrangement.
• Smoking is not permitted.
• Damage must be reported immediately.

Liability

• The landlord is not liable for the guest’s personal belongings.
• The guest is liable for any damage caused.

House rules

The house rules in the holiday apartment must be observed.
